ABOUT THE POSITION
We are now looking for an order administrator to join Swemac's logistics team at the headquarters in Linköping. Swemac Innovation AB is a medical technology company that develops and manufactures orthopedic implants and instruments for fracture treatment and prosthetic surgery. Their products are used daily in healthcare and demand high precision, quality, and delivery reliability.
As an Order Administrator, you will ensure efficient and accurate order management, from receipt to delivery. You will work with receiving orders via email, picking, packaging, invoicing, and shipping them to customers both in Sweden and internationally. You will also manage the flow of instrument sets that are loaned to hospitals for specific surgeries. The role also includes tasks such as inventory, goods reception, and other administrative tasks necessary for the operation to function optimally. The work is operational, fast-paced, and requires you to be flexible while combining high accuracy with an efficient working method.
The assignment begins as a consultancy assignment through us, with a clear ambition to transition to an employment with Swemac after a period of collaboration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Planning and management of loaning instrument sets to hospitals
- Goods reception, inventory, and warehousing
- Picking, packing, and delivery of customer orders in Sweden and internationally
- Order management, invoicing, and administration related to deliveries
- Collaboration with the sales organization, customers, and other internal functions
- Contribute to order, structure, and improvements in daily work
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Is very meticulous but can also work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Has good collaboration skills but can work independently
- Thrives in a practical role
It is advantageous if you have
- A post-secondary education, preferably in logistics or medicine/care
- Experience in a similar role
